I started coding at the age of 12, fascinated by the idea of making machines communicate with each other. Now an engineer, I have worked in various organizations as a software engineer and architect.

I build simple, reliable software that works and keeps working.

Simple to understand, reliable in production, pleasant to use, designed to last, and with as little maintenance as reasonably possible. For instance, I have data pipelines built 6 years ago still running today, and I haven't touched them in the past 5 years.

I’ve done that for the past six years as an independent software consultant for many clients, mainly public safety institutions across Europe.

I want to work with people who are optimistic about the future and serious about building it, people who want to create reliable companies, institutions, and systems that can outlive us.

Humanity can become vastly more prosperous, capable, and resilient. Technology and thoughtful design are two of the best tools we have to make that future possible.

I want to build things that still work a century from now. And I'm not saying this because it sounds good. That mindset goes beyond software. Even my own house: I bought a 200-year-old house and am renovating it to last another 200 years.

In my free time, I also teach Python and JavaScript.
